The research team from ALMAS DIONE imported Russian sturgeons for the first time in Korea, and created an advanced technology─low-temperature ultrasonic extraction─through 20 years of research and development that can complete with the world's highest-end technology.
The technology makes it possible to extract caviar while leaving its six essential nutrients, including protein, carbohydrate, fat, vitamins, minerals and omega-3. Through the low-temperature ultrasonic extraction, ALMAS DIONE was able to capture 99% of caviar extract.
